PWe are currently looking for a strongCommissioning Manager /strong for our strongEPC Department /strong based in strongFano (PU) /strong. /ppAs Commissioning Manager He/She will support the Lead of commissioning department in bid preparations and commissioning home office activities. During project initial phase He/She will act as Commissioning Coordinator, analysing contract requirements and interface with BONATTI and client completion team for completion system setup. During execution phase, He/She will /ppact as Commissioning Manager and/or if necessary support site commissioning structure during commissioning phase. /ppstrongDuties: /strong /ppstrongHome Office Activities /strong /pulliReview and comment of technical annexes included in the contract; in case of discrepancies, mistakes or deficiencies in the documents, develop a list of clarifications/comments to be submitted to the respective Discipline Coordinator/Lead and subsequently to the PEM; /liliPrepare the applicable standards and technical specifications if they are not included in the contract technical documentation; /liliAttendance in relevant meetings as kick off meeting and project review meeting; /liliPrepare the PrecomComm detailed planning; /liliSupervise the preparation of all the relevant documents and CMS data base in order to guarantee the match of the contractual requirements and the optimization of the execution sequence of PRECOM COM. /liliEnsure technical support during bidding phase and men-hours estimation; /liliReview and finalize the detailed budget for precomcom /liliInterface with the Client’s COM team and site BONATTI structure /li /ulpstrongSite Activities /strong /ppSupport if necessary site commissioning structure or if necessary act as Commissioning manager, in this case: /pulliConstantly monitor with the Site Manager, Site Completion Coordinator Quality Team the timely mechanical completion of the systems in order to comply the schedule of PCOM and COM of the systems. /liliMonitor and follow up the availability of the personnel and equipment for a timely execution of the COM. /liliManage the teams allocated to PCOM and COM activities at site as well as the adequate use of needed equipment. /liliManage subcontractors, if any, needed to perform PCOM and COM activities at site. /liliPlan the attendance of Vendor’s representatives at site during PCOM and COM and monitor their performance in accordance with Vendor’s obligation. /liliResponsible to perform the PCOM and COM activities in respect of the relevant budget. /liliCheck the skills of available manpower for PCOM and COM purposes during the preparatory period at site. In case of need of additional specialized resources, He/She is in charge to define the personnel’s needs and to select them with the support of BNT local organization. /liliCheck the suitability and availability of all the equipment needed for the execution of PCOM and COM activities.
