We create content that breaks through the existing cultural imagination and shifts the paradigm of travel, creating new heights and expectations of luxury. /ppWe continuously inspire our guests and customers with genuine, personalized communication and beautiful storytelling that creates the desire to experience Belmond. /ppThe Communications Manager is implementing all communications activities for his / her property, supporting and executing the strategy defined by the Divisional Communications Director in collaboration with the Divisional Brand and Marketing Director, measuring effective messaging and communications strategies and their relevance for the property awareness. /ppThe role works closely with the Divisional Communications and Marketing teams, as well as with the Belmond’s Global Communications team in London to ensure alignment on brand positioning and narrative. /ppMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : /ppbPLANNING, EXECUTION COORDINATION /b /pulliYou will work closely with the Divisional Communications team to develop and execute property communication plans that support global divisional business goals. /liliTeam player with strong interpersonal skills, you will be the key point of contact for internal stakeholders and will facilitate communications across teams to inform and generate maximum visibility for all property and divisional activities. /li /ulpbMEDIA KOLs RELATIONS EVENTS /b /pulliManage media and KOLs relations and proactively research new contacts to increase the media and KOLs database. /liliProactively pitch journalists for editorials and single press visits to achieve property press targets and increase brand awareness. /liliIn charge of organizing media trips and coordinating single visits. /liliDevelop press material (press releases, news updates, etc), respond to media and agencies enquiries and keep the internal media platforms updated. /liliOrganise and support the creation and production of property Events, developing relationships with new partners and curating attendees list, based on targets set. /li /ulpbSUPPORT SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATION STRATEGY /b /pulliWork closely with the Divisional Social Media Managers when building property communication plans to ensure alignment across all platforms / channels and ensure new stories / campaigns are effectively and efficiently communicated. /liliSupport the Divisional Communication team and Divisional Social Media teams with the growth of brand advocate community - research and develop new relationships with content creators and photographers. /liliAssist and support the Marketing team as key reference person on property, supporting with photo shootings and the implementation of Marketing projects. /li /ulpbLINE MANAGEMENT /b /pulliWhen existing or possible, manage and coach the Communications Executive with training and career development /li /ulpbREPORTING ANALYSIS /b /pulliRegularly analyze and report on media coverage, events, initiatives and share successes with key internal stakeholders. /li /ulpbOTHER /b /pulliDemonstrate a knowledge of culture, trends, and competitor activities to inform the strategies of the department. /liliBe a role model of Belmond’s core behaviors. /li /ulpRequirements /ppbROLE REQUIREMENTS : /b /pulli5+ years of public relations / communications experience, preferably within the Hospitality Industry. /liliHighly organized and methodical, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects under pressure, even during peak season. /liliAn understanding of and sensibility to the luxury hospitality markets. /liliAbility to foster collaborative relationships with multi stakeholders and disciplines. /liliAn imaginative thinker, who can deliver media results through creative storytelling. /liliExcellent communication skills with strong presentation writing skills. /liliA passion for excellence. /liliHigh energy and enthusiasm. /liliFluent in English (and local language : Italian) /liliAbility to travel /li /ulpThe role is based at Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello (Amalfi Coast).
