Technical Asset Management Engineer – Renewable Energy
Location: Rome (Hybrid: 1–2 days remote per week after initial training)

We are looking for a Technical Asset Management Engineer to join a dynamic team operating in the renewable energy sector, with assets across wind, solar, hydroelectric, and biogas. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to the performance and growth of multiple energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as Hub Leader for a portfolio of wind, PV, and biogas plants:
Negotiate and manage technical contracts
Monitor performance, schedule maintenance, and define operational needs
Perform data analytics to identify deviations, optimize production, and improve operational strategies
Support the onboarding of new assets: SCADA connectivity, KPI setup, and data testing
Manage technical contracts related to O&M;, PPAs, insurance, and financing facilities
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with QHSE standards
Prepare technical and economic reports according to company standards
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in Electrical, Renewable Energy, or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Python, SQL, or Power BI is a plus
