Oversee project governance, ensuring alignment with corporate frameworks and compliance standards.Manage budgets, costs, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.Implement and monitor project management best practices (Agile, Scrum, or Prince2).
Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps, success metrics, and continuous improvement plans.Anticipate and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and business value realization.Your profileAcademic background: Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecommunication, Management, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related studies.Experience: Minimum of 5 years spanning three or more IT solution disciplines, with demonstrated expertise in Project Management, Financial & Budget Oversight, and Cost Planning.
Proven track record of managing complex, global IT projects in matrixed, multinational environments.English language: Excellent English communication skills applied with different stakeholders, nationalities, and mediums (face-to-face and remote) is required.Tools / software: Familiarity with project management tools (e.G., Microsoft Project, ServiceNow), advanced Excel, and project reporting systems.
Technical familiarity with infrastructure domains, particularly Connectivity and SD-WAN solutions.Soft skills: Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
Highly empathetic and able to vary styles of interaction to match the needs of a variety of business and technical audiences, as well as temperaments and personalities.
High emotional intelligence with the flexibility to adapt communication and leadership style to diverse audiences and personalities.
