As a key member of People Operations, you drive the people‑centric side of a fast‑growing platform‑focused business. You guide onboarding and offboarding experiences and manage administrative updates across contracts and systems. You lead onboarding for acquisitions, reorganizations, and share option plans, and support international employees with visas and documentation. You collaborate cross‑functionally to shape welfare initiatives and office launches while ensuring compliance with workplace laws. This role offers high‑impact learning and a clear path to progress in a rapidly expanding company.

- Guide onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and excellent candidate and employee experiences
- Manage end‑to‑end job‑offer processes, including negotiations and visa support for international employees
- Handle administrative updates such as contracts, system changes, and documentation during acquisitions and reorganizations
- Steer the people side of extraordinary administrative operations including new business acquisitions, internal reorganizations, legal restructuring, and share option plans
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop and implement exceptional employee welfare and benefits initiatives
- Support new office launches by coordinating the administrative workstream and conducting due diligence on local requirements
- Stay up to date with workplace international laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with external consultants
- Build and maintain the administrative blueprint across the organization
Responsabilità
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in HR/administration, onboarding/offboarding, and employment administration
- Familiarity with visa processes and contract updates
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and handle compliance‑related tasks
- Experience supporting international employees and office launches
