Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 84,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide. /p pShe/He is in charge of Maintenance System Engineering activities, interfacing with suppliers and customers, in the following working cases: /p ul liOptimization of the Maintenance Plan of existing rolling stock /li liRevamping/Retrofit/Modification activities on existing rolling-stock /li liHigh-level engineering support to depot operational structure with the aim to solve technical issues deriving from the revenue service of existing rolling stock (from investigation to modification implementation and problem closure) /li liPreferred with a previous background on infotainment and networking and academic knowledge in ICT /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 pTechnical core activities: /p ul liResponsible for the activities related to the working cases listed above. /li liOn Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) request, participating to technical meetings with project management and customer in order to provide support. /li liPerforming reporting at project level (to PrEM, via KPI) and at Métier level (via weekly reports). /li liSupporting PrEM for the implementation and update of engineering risks mitigation plan, change order process and QCD optimization. /li liProviding Return of Experience to be implemented in Reference Solutions. /li /ul h3Knowledge Experience /h3 ul liGeneral technical engineering competencies; /li liMore than 2 years in Railways engineering domain; /li liTeam-working oriented; /li liAble to deal with unforeseen and unexpected events, reorganizing work plans accordingly. /li /ul pbEqual opportunity statement: /b Alstom is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all our employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
