Night auditor (m/f/d) Your responsibilities:
Welcoming and assisting our international and discerning guests between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures
Acting as the first point of contact for our guests
Ensuring safety during the night and the well-being of our guests
Responsibility for cash management
Night shift, responsible for daily closing
Your profile:
Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
Experience in night shifts is an advantage
Good MS Office skills, Apaleo skills are an advantage
Guest and service-oriented with an eye for detail and impeccable manners
Very good written and spoken German, Italian and English skills
Organised, independent and responsible way of working
