IPR Policy Researcher Graphic Designer – Ericsson This paid internship provides a comprehensive platform to explore the intersections of innovation, technology, and IP rights. You will work within the IPR & Licensing team as an Intellectual Property Rights Policy Researcher, bridging technology and policy. Key Responsibilities Create infographics, visual assets, illustrations, and layout designs for research‑driven projects. Support video editing, post‑production, and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects). Produce and adapt content for LinkedIn and internal communication channels. Work and align with multidisciplinary teams to turn complex topics into clear, engaging visuals. Participate in design reviews and contribute to concept development. Stay updated on visual trends, UI patterns, and new tools (including AI‑assisted design). Key Skills Highly motivated, creative, and a committed team player. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects). Ability to present and communicate information visually with clarity. Experience creating content for social media and adapting it to various formats. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage tasks independently, based on agreed principles and objectives. Interest in UI design and usability principles. Curiosity for technology and innovation; familiarity with AI tools is a plus. Audio or music post‑production skills are an advantage.
