This role combines technical support, post-sales consulting, technical training, and close collaboration with the sales team—becoming a true technical point of reference both internally and externally.
Several years of experience in a technical service or similar role
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
Educational background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or IT
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and technical applications
Willingness to travel (up to 25%, domestic and international)
Provide technical support to customers remotely and on-site (installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing)
Deliver technical training (pre- and post-sales), both in-person and online
Offer technical support to internal sales teams (Italy and abroad)
Analyze technical specifications and international project tenders
Participate in trade shows, seminars, and technical events in support of the sales department
Provide comprehensive technical assistance throughout the product lifecycle
Support the commercial team with technical expertise during promotional and negotiation phases
Act as a technical ambassador for CIAS in both national and international markets
