Key responsibilities include:

* Providing administrative support to the service team, including managing emails, phone calls, quotes, and system data maintenance
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up
* Assisting in resolving service-related issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate personnel, and following up to ensure resolution

Requirements include:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, technicians, and internal staff

* At least 45% reduced work capacity certified by competent authorities

Travel requirements include:

* Ability to travel 5% overnight within territory or locations

It would be beneficial if you also possess previous experience in:

* Experience in the healthcare industry
* Ability to speak more than one European language
