Ph3Overview /h3pRocco Forte Hotels is looking for talented individuals for the upcoming opening in Liscia di Vacca, Porto Cervo, Sardinia. Located in one of the most stunning coastal areas of Sardinia, the new resort, opening in 2026, will offer an exceptional hospitality experience. The property will feature a state-of-the-art spa, dedicated meeting and events spaces, three restaurants highlighting fresh, local ingredients, and a rooftop bar with breath-taking views of the Sardinian coastline. Designed to combine luxury, comfort, and the beauty of the surrounding landscape, the resort will provide a unique environment where guests can enjoy both relaxation and engaging experiences. The new property is set to become a new landmark of refined hospitality on the Sardinian coast. /pbMAIN PURPOSE: /bpThe FB Manager is responsible for the overall FB division, which includes Restaurants, Bars, In Room Dining and Banqueting. He/she needs to maintain and consolidate the well-known exceptional service of the FB Division for our Guests in compliance with Rocco Forte quality standards and procedures. /pbReports to: /bpGeneral Manager /ph3Main duties responsibilities /h3ulliManages the entire FB Division, according to the Company policies, standards and procedures, maintaining its high reputation; /liliLeads by example using a hands-on approach to management and assists in developing highly motivated, pro-active FB Team Members with the highest ethical standards in order to deliver a cost effective and quality oriented service; /liliDevelops an operating budget for each of the department\'s revenue outlets; monitors and takes corrective action as necessary to help assuring that budgeted sales and cost goals are attained; /liliDevelops budget for all necessary FB equipment and recommends facility renovation needs; /liliDevelops monthly forecast; /liliEnsures that adequate cash procedures are followed and that documentation is reported in an accurate and timely manner, as well as guest check analysis, ticket controls, and daily sales reports and analysis; /liliManages the Departments\' long range staffing needs; /liliResponsible for recruiting, training and evaluating FB Team Members; /liliEnsures effective orientation and training for new staff and professional development activities for experienced staff are planned and implemented, in partnership with the LD Manager; /liliMonitors employee records to minimize overtime and keep labor costs within the budget; /liliEnsures that all standard operating procedures for revenue cost control are in place and followed; /liliEnsures that all applicable Rocco Forte Hotels policies and procedures are followed; /liliEnsures that all applicable LQA and Rocco Forte Hotels standards are followed and maintained; /liliEnsures that all procedures regarding Health Safety and HACCP are followed; /liliResearches new products and evaluates their costs in cooperation with Purchasing Manager; /liliGreets Guests and oversees actual service on a regular basis; /liliAddresses complaints and strives for Guests\' satisfaction. /li /ulbWe offer: /bulliPermanent contract according to C.C.N.L.
