We seek someone passionate, proactive, self‑driven, and motivated to join our team.What you will doMonitor service KPIs (e.g., repair times, first‑time fix rate, service costs)Analyze service performance and identify areas for improvementSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for the Service departmentPrepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholdersCollaborate with field service teams, call centers, and external service partnersEnsure data accuracy in service management systemsAssist in optimizing service processes and workflowsSupport procurement and spare parts cost analysisWhat you need to succeedEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fieldProfessional experience: 3+ years in controlling, service operations, or similar rolesLanguage: Excellent communication skills both in Italian and in English, spoken and writtenTechnical & Soft Skills:Strong analytical and numerical skillsProficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/BI tools is a plusGood organizational xlwpduy and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectivelyHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
