**Position Summary**
Talent Acquisition Specialist acts to get in touch with the best Talents on the market with Nespresso.
As a partner of Line Managers and HR Business Partners, he/she identifies right people to guarantee the success of the company, making the Line more and more autonomous in the management of the Recruiting process. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible to manage the recruitiment process for retail population.
**A day in the life of Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist**
- Deliver End to End Recruitment process: manage and deliver high quality talent for Boutique.
- Successfully execute the talent acquisition strategy at Nespresso. Ensure planning and hiring decisions and ensure you are continuously informed and up to date by relevant market trends.
- Support the Line Manager during the selection process, giving feedback and challenging him/her, to transfer Recruiting skills and make him/her more autonomous.
- Manage contacts with recruiting agencies.
