About the Role
We are hiring passionate and detail‑oriented Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team in Northern Tuscany. This is a great opportunity to be part of a new luxury property from the very beginning and help us create an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
* Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and assigned floors
* Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies
* Report maintenance issues or room damages
* Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
* Support the housekeeping team during the pre‑opening setup
* Ensure all rooms are ready for guest arrival on time
What We Are Looking For
* Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage
* Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, pre‑opening environment
* Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
* Ready to join immediately
* Must be Italian or legally eligible to work in Italy
