We are looking for a bSupplier Quality Engineer Intern /b. This internship position, based in the Quality Department, will support bQuality Manager RGSQ /b, working closely with the Quality team. /p h3 ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 pIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of procurement by overseeing supplier selection, qualification, and development, monitoring performance, managing non-conformities, and collaborating across functions, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and international standards. /p pIn particular, you will support the team in the following activities: /p ul liManagement of supplier selection, qualification, and development, through audits, assessments of technical and quality capabilities, and continuous improvement initiatives; /li liMonitoring of supplier performance using KPIs (PPM, defects, delivery times) and regular quality review meetings; /li liManagement of supplier non-conformities, including anomaly analysis, collection and verification of structured reports (8D, RCA), and supervision of containment plans and corrective actions; /li liCross-functional collaboration to support the introduction of new components and the definition of technical specifications and quality requirements, contributing to APQP/PPAP processes; /li liDocument management and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, REACH, RoHS, etc.), through maintenance of certifications and support for internal and external audits. /li /ul pAvailability to undertake short-term national and international travel is required. /p h3 REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in engineering /li liEnglish and Italian languages: fluent in both written and spoken form. /li liOffice, in particular of MS Excel. /li liProactive attitude and teamwork orientation, with a hands‑on and constructive approach to finding structured and effective solutions.
