Experteer OverviewIn this role you will support the Administration & Consolidation Accounting Function across foreign entities to ensure reliable, compliant financial data and consolidated reporting. You will work with cross-border teams to harmonize accounting processes and drive automation across geographies. You'll handle data closing activities, ensure timely data collection and validation, and participate in month/quarter closings to support Group reporting. This is a hands‐on, international role shaping financial governance at scale.BenefitsCoordinate monthly accounting data closing from foreign branches and subsidiaries for consolidationEnsure accurate, complete, and timely data collection, validation and reconciliationSupport monthly/quarterly closings by uploading data, preparing journals, reconciliation and reportingCollaborate with Group Controlling, Finance and Tax functionsContribute to harmonization, efficiency and compliance of accounting processes and Group policies across geographiesCarry out data entry and reconciliation to support foreign hubs or cover temporary gapsMaintain frequent interaction with local finance teams and external consultants and auditorsResponsibilitiesBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fieldsMore than 3 years in accounting roles, preferably in multinational or international settingsKnowledge of accounting principles, consolidation closing processes, financial statement analysis, administration techniques, financial analysis and planning, financial risks managementGeneral ledger and journal entries managementKnowledge of Local GAAP and IFRSExcellent command of Microsoft ExcelFamiliarity with ERP systems (SAP, Tagetik, etc.)Fluent in English, written and spoken. Additional languages are a plusAvailability to travel
