This role offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to oversee the full cycle of planning and supply chain processes. The Demand Planner will serve as the key link to the sales and commercial teams, leading monthly dialogues for their respective customers and products. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with Operations to meet service level goals. Main Activities and Responsibilities: Review and maintain demand forecasts across multiple time horizons. Reconcile variances and discuss assumptions during sales and marketing meetings. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure accurate and current demand information. Utilize and maintain planning tools such as Anaplan, Excel, Power BI, and SAP. Coordinate with Initiatives and Marketing for promotional and new launch forecasts. Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and implement performance improvements. Prepare strategic and ad hoc analyses.
