OverviewWe are looking for an engaged Retail Training Coordinator to join our Retail Training, Excellence & Performance Department, in our Global HQ in Milan, Italy
Your Impact
As a Retail Training Coordinator, you will design, implement, and facilitate omnichannel training programs across all retail levels, with a strong focus on Customer Experience and coordination of training initiatives for the other retail function (eg. Clienteling, Operations).
Responsibilities
Customer Experience focus: Act as a key driver in embedding a customer-first mindset across retail teams, ensuring that all training initiatives reflect and elevate the Moncler client experience
Lead the design, global coordination and rollout of training programs focused on Customer Experience
Collaborate closely with the Retail Excellence team to analyse Mystery Shopping results, NPS feedback, and other performance metrics, translating them into actionable and tailored training initiatives
Develop and deploy targeted learning modules aimed at enhancing client engagement, personalization strategies, selling ceremony excellence, and service recovery practices
Global Training Program Management & Facilitation
Support other retail function such as operations, clienteling, aftersales in creating compelling and effective training initiatives
Design and implement Train the Trainer (TTT) frameworks to empower and certify local trainers, guaranteeing a consistent and elevated standard of training delivery worldwide
Serve as a strategic partner to local training teams, providing support in adapting content to cultural and operational contexts while safeguarding global consistency
Project Management & Rollout Execution
Manage training calendars, global content distribution, and rollout timelines across markets, ensuring seamless execution and brand integrity
Oversee training-related budgets, resources, and external partnerships in line with strategic business objectives
Monitor results and act with the aim to support the business
If needed being able to directly deliver specific training on product / customer experience / selling techniques to support the regional counterparts
Qualifications
5 / 6 years of experience in Retail Training, including at least 3 years of in-store experience in structured Fashion Luxury / Retail / Hospitality companies
A customer-centric mindset and the ability to translate business goals into impactful learning solutions
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional and multicultural teams
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
