Job Description We are seeking a new team member to join our Customer Service team to manage CMA CGM transportation chains. This position is a maternity leave replacement. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service in export and import operations, coordinating transportation orders, handling demanding documents, learning about dangerous goods and special cargo shipments, resolving transportation issues, developing customer relationships, and supporting inquiries. You will interact daily with CMA CGM’s global network and customers, gaining experience in an international environment. Requirements Experience in customer service within an international setting is preferred. 2-3 years of experience in shipping or logistics is advantageous. Strong teamwork, responsibility, stress management, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude are essential. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, with precision and good customer service skills. Fluent communication in Lithuanian and English with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues. Basic proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new information systems.
