Your missions
* Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance Java applications.
* Design, implement, and optimize microservices-based architectures.
* Create and manage RESTful APIs and web services.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features.
* Ensure application security and compliance with best practices.
* Optimize database performance for relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) systems.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and enhance application performance.
* Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and best practices.

Your profile
* Experience with Java development, including Spring Boot and Jakarta EE.
* Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs.
* Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automation tools (Maven, Gradle).
* Academic background: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
* Fluent Italian and English; other languages are a plus.
* You have excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
