The Brand Activation team is responsible for bringing the brand to life within our communities. As a Brand Activation Specialist at On, you will work with the local Italy market team to develop and deliver the brand activation plan. You will build authentic, meaningful relationships and partnerships that position On at the heart of our communities—helping grow On’s fan base and connection with runners and movers. You are a true brand ambassador, consistently driving engagement with the brand and are deeply connected to what is happening within our community.
* Your Mission
* Driving brand education is at the heart of being a Brand Activation Specialist at On. Ensuring that On’s in-store employees and retail partners are always up to date with the latest brand and product training. Your goal is to facilitate successful communication of On’s brand history and innovative product technology to our customers to turn retail into On fans.
* Building and strengthening relationships with retail partners and local communities is in the DNA of this role. This will involve coordinating and executing trade marketing and selling events in collaboration with internal commercial teams to amplify On’s brand, e.g., running or product test events.
* Acting as the hands-on support for the Marketing team by ensuring high-quality visual merchandising and POS installations to showcase On’s products.
* Taking initiative to engage, educate, and manage freelance brand activation and VM teams, supporting their work schedules. Administer all activities in our CRM software. This small but crucial part of your contribution helps your team succeed.
* Your Story
* 1-3 years of relevant experience in brand activation, technical representative roles, or related experience in retail, sales, marketing, or events.
* A passion for people and movement is essential for all Brand Activators to thrive at On.
* An entrepreneurial spirit. If you prefer being out on community runs, exploring, moving, and shaking rather than staying indoors, then On is for you!
* Ideally located in Milan or Greater Milan for this regional role.
* C2 level or fluent Italian and working proficiency in English are required.
* Driver’s license and a propensity for being on the road.
* Inclination for travel, with opportunities to attend global conferences, offsites, and major sporting and athletic events.
* Building and maintaining relationships is a motivator for you. You have a finger on the pulse of sports and movement communities and love connecting with people in them.
* A commitment to bringing marketing and sales initiatives to life to reach sales targets.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to excite retail partners and ignite local communities about On’s brand.
* Ability to work autonomously, managing your workload and schedule. Being self-motivated, resourceful, and organized is key.
