The work model is hybrid. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ol liDesign, standardize, and maintain pricing dashboards for global and local decision-making, ensuring effective deployment by country teams. /li liAnalyze sales, pricing data, market trends, and competition to identify opportunities and risks, and collaborate with countries for improvements. /li liContribute to the pricing transformation program, leading initiatives by assessing pricing maturity and identifying improvement areas. /li liAct as a change agent to integrate pricing strategies into business operations, providing training and support. /li liDevelop a forum for sharing pricing best practices and continuous improvement. /li liContribute innovative ideas to enhance analytics and deployment plans, sharing insights across business areas. /li liMonitor pricing targets and collaborate with countries to analyze results. /li liProvide actionable recommendations based on data analysis and market trends. /li /ol h3Qualifications /h3 ol liBachelor’s or higher degree in a related field. /li li5+ years of experience in a pricing role or similar, with experience in developing and deploying pricing reports. /li liProficiency in analyzing complex datasets and using reporting tools (Power BI, Excel). /li liUnderstanding of pricing strategies and models. /li liExperience leading cross-functional projects (project management certification is a plus). /li liAbility to contribute to decision-making and inspire teams in matrix environments. /li liHighly organized with a focus on speed, accuracy, and continuous process improvement. /li /ol h3What’s in it for you? /h3 pBring your ideas, energy, and ambition.
