What you will do

As an AI Technical Support Specialist, you will support our customers in resolving technical issues related to the Spoki platform, with a particular focus on AI-powered features and conversational experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing technical support to customers via chat, email, and calls.
* Troubleshooting platform issues and collaborating with the product and development teams when necessary.
* Supporting customers in the optimization and improvement of AI prompts and conversational flows.
* Analyzing customer use cases and suggesting best practices for AI-driven communication.
* Assisting customers during onboarding and feature adoption phases.
* Monitoring recurring issues and contributing to continuous product improvement.
* Creating and updating technical documentation and internal knowledge bases.



We are looking for someone who

* Has 3–5 years of experience in technical support or as a junior developer.
* Has experience working in a SaaS company.
* Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Is passionate about Artificial Intelligence and prompt engineering.
* Is customer-oriented and able to build strong relationships.
* Speaks fluent Italian and English (C1).
* Holds a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (students nearing graduation are also welcome).

Location

The role is based in San Vito dei Normanni (BR), Italy.

After the initial training period, there will be the possibility to work remotely for a day or two per week, based on team needs and individual performance.
