* This individual will serve a key function in providing comprehensive Human Resource services to Ge Vernova Grid Solutions and Wind employees based in Italy, including supporting employee lifecycle programs, general human resource programs, and policy and process execution.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provides reporting on training completion, particularly annual compliance courses.
In consultation with the HR Partner, manages and resolves employee relations issues by assisting in conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations related to policy violations and / or misconduct and recommends appropriate action.
Works closely with the HR team members to identify business gaps and lead process improvement efforts.
Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS), employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
Partners with the Talent Acquisition team to develop, implement and execute recruiting plans.
Applies knowledge and experience in identifying opportunities with existing technology to further support, simplify and automate processes and enhance the experience.
Coordinates employee engagement activities and functions such as recognition events, team building and community programs.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field
At least 1 year of HR Generalist experience
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Workday.
