Advance the People Teams' impact by delivering a full HRIS programme across European territories, aiming to position JD as an employer of choice.
The JD People team prioritizes the colleague experience, developing a service that reflects the JD brand.
We are seeking an outstanding Head of HRIS Programme Management, with extensive experience leading complex, high-profile HRIS implementations. The successful candidate will manage the full delivery of an HRIS solution across our European territories, supported by dedicated roles across Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Develop the Programme Plan with input from key stakeholders.
2. Set objectives, KPIs, and learning agendas in collaboration with the Associate Director, including development and rollout plans, budgets, and critical timelines.
3. Ensure programmes are adaptable to local contexts, considering socio-cultural and commercial factors.
4. Ensure programmes meet KPIs and commercial requirements.
5. Deliver clear internal and external briefs to align stakeholders and manage expectations.
6. Manage timelines, planning, and critical paths, integrating into JD’s overall change calendar.
7. Conduct post-programme analyses, measuring ROI and identifying growth opportunities.
8. Develop and implement processes and KPIs to enhance performance.
9. Lead and develop the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources.
10. Manage budgets in collaboration with the financial controller, working with finance, legal, and procurement teams.
11. Oversee the full management of the programme scope, either via or with a support team.
Requisiti
1. Significant experience in developing, implementing, or supporting HRIS delivery with international capabilities.
2. Project or Programme Management experience with leading consumer brands on a global or regional level.
3. Ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external partners effectively.
4. Ability to navigate complexity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proven self-starter with experience in dynamic environments.
6. Strong skills in team and stakeholder management.
7. Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
8. Excellent communication skills, including presentation writing.
9. Proficiency in MS Office, Keynote, etc.
10. Creative problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
11. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
12. Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe, the UK, and further afield.
