Key Responsibilities\nOversee solution implementation to ensure alignment between initial business requirements and final system delivery.\nLead and coordinate internal functional testing and user acceptance validation activities.\nDefine, document, and maintain solution design artefacts, ensuring traceability across requirements and change requests in collaboration with development, IT, and operational stakeholders.\nProvide support to operational teams in understanding system capabilities and process implications.\nAct as the main liaison between software delivery teams and business operations, facilitating prioritisation and decision making.\nDeliver WMS solutions across the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional and integration testing, user acceptance, cut over, go live, and post implementation support.\nIdentify functional gaps and contribute to the evaluation of proposed solution designs.\nLog system defects, support issue investigation, and assist with resolution through structured root cause analysis.\nCollaborate with engineering and process stakeholders to refine functional specifications and support process improvement initiatives.\nMonitor project progress and produce reporting aligned with defined performance indicators.\nMaintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nRequirements\nDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.\nDemonstrated experience within supply chain or logistics environments.\nPractical experience working with WMS platforms, with exposure to Blue Yonder considered advantageous.\n3 to 5 years of experience in software delivery or solution implementation roles.\nAbility to quickly become proficient in new applications or technical environments where required.\nStrong attention to detail and problem solving capability.\nExperience working with and analysing complex datasets from multiple sources.\nAbility to structure and present information clearly for different stakeholder groups.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarise technical topics concisely.\nExperience providing professional support to internal teams and external vendors.\nAbility to manage workload effectively in dynamic, priority driven environments.\nWorking knowledge of SQL is essential. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Xray is beneficial.\nCollaborative working style with experience operating across cross functional or geographically distributed teams.\nProfessional proficiency in Italian and English.
