Was Dich erwartet:
* Manage and organize projects within the overall transformation from initiation to completion in coordination with the program management
* Develop project plans, define resource requirements, and ensure efficient resource allocation
* Actively collaborate with other project managers in the PMO to support the management of the transformation program
* Engage in effective stakeholder management to build trust and integrate the needs of all parties into the project strategy
* Ensure that deliverables are provided on time, within budget, and at the desired quality, and report to relevant stakeholders
* Create and track all necessary project documentation
* Drive change and actively contribute your knowledge to advance the projects

* Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, economics, engineering, or a comparable degree
* Extensive knowledge and experience in project management
* Ability to abstract, think innovatively, solve problems, and possess structuring and assertiveness skills
* High level of initiative and self-responsibility in project management
* Expertise in developing methods and best practices for high-quality project processes
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Very good language skills in German and English
* Willingness to learn and open to further development
