The Linear Planner will support the team in the creation and optimization of effective offline media plans (TV, Print, Radio), based on in-depth analysis and clear objectives. This role is key in supporting reporting activities and developing data‑driven competitive analyses. We are looking for an individual with a sharp analytical mind, eager to learn and develop their skills within a leading media agency.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate in the planning and management of offline media campaigns, adhering to guidelines provided by the Manager.
Collect and process data for competitive analysis, identifying market trends and opportunities.
Actively utilize specific media planning tools such as Kubik, Arianna, Kimono, AQX, MCS, and NetBox for plan development.
Support the preparation of detailed reports on campaign performance and budget allocation.
Coordinate internally with relevant teams (e.g., creative agencies) for material collection and space management.
Actively participate in team meetings and strategic alignment sessions, contributing insights and observations.
Requirements
Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in media planning (preferably within a media agency), with a focus on offline media.
Crucial knowledge of TV planning; familiarity with Print and Radio will be considered a plus.
Good working knowledge and proficiency with industry tools such as Kubik, Arianna, Kimono, AQX, MCS, and NetBox.
Sharp analytical mindset, precision, and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong propensity for teamwork and collaboration.
Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire to develop new skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
Very good command of English (written and spoken).
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
