JOB TITLE: PR, Influence & Advocacy Specialist - ITALY
Based in Milan, you will lead PR and influencer advocacy for the Italian market, reporting directly to the PR & Influence Advocacy Manager based in Paris. You will be responsible for all AMOREPACIFIC brands (e.g., LANEIGE, Innisfree, Aestura), acting as a key bridge between European centralized strategy and local execution. You will play a critical role in enhancing brand visibility, driving media impact, and strengthening local relevance in Italy through strategic media relations, influencer partnerships, product seeding, and impactful events.
Key Responsibilities :
PR & Media Relations
* Develop and execute PR strategy for Italy
* Build strong relationships with Italian media
* Manage press materials and media communications
* Secure high-quality coverage across key channels
Influence & Advocacy
* Identify and activate influencers in Italy
* Lead influencer campaigns to enhance brand awareness & credibility
* Track performance and optimize partnerships
* Plan and execute product seeding strategies (media & influencers), including gifting, tracking, and follow-up
Market Coordination
* Act as main contact with local agencies
* Ensure consistent brand storytelling across Italy
* Support and execute regional PR events and activations (press days, launches, influencer events, Sephoria etc. )
* Coordinate end-to-end PR event management, including guest targeting, logistics, and on-site execution
Performance Tracking
* Monitor KPIs and campaign impact (ROI)
* Provide actionable insights
* Track market trends and competitors
* Analyze seeding and event performance (coverage, engagement, ROI/EMV) and provide recommendations
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* 3–6 years of experience in PR, communications, or influencer marketing within the beauty industry
* Strong knowledge of the Italian skincare and beauty market landscape
* Proven experience in managing media relations, influencer partnerships, and PR campaigns
* Fluent in Italian and English
Contract Type: Flexible – open to all type of contract arrangement.
