N Position Type Non-Management La persona sarà inserita nel reparto Food & Beverage e, di supporto al Manager, potrà conoscere l’operatività dei vari reparti (cucina, ristorante, bar, room servic), prendere parte a progetti e imparare la gestione del personale seguendo procedure e linee guida di una azienda internazionale. Si occuperà sia di back office, attraverso la gestione del personale casual, sia della parte più operativa, collaborando all’organizzazione ed all’allestimento di eventi e banchetti. The person will be included in the Food and Beverage Department, will support directly the Manager, will learn how various departments work (such as kitchen, restaurant, bar, room service), take part into projects, learn the procedures and the guidelines of an international company. The resource will deal with both back office, through casual staff management, and the most operative part, collaborating in the organization of events and banquets.
