We are looking for a Tecnico Manutentore in Padova. As the face of KONE, you will provide maintenance services for elevators and escalators, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
1. Perform maintenance on elevators and escalators;
2. Maintain excellent relationships with clients, contacts, and end-users by providing high-quality service and proactive communication;
3. Respond to calls for malfunctioning or stopped equipment;
4. Conduct periodic, semi-annual, and extraordinary inspections;
5. Ensure the performance and safety of the systems.
Requirements and Skills
1. Mandatory elevator maintenance certification;
2. Problem-solving skills and good communication with clients and users;
3. Customer service orientation and teamwork ability;
4. Previous experience in repair, maintenance, or installation;
5. Knowledge of main elevator systems;
6. Understanding of safety regulations and commitment to safety device use;
7. Reliability.
