Job Description OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENTS OR FRESH GRADUATES WITHIN 12 MONTH AFTER GRADUATION: Paid Internship - Customer Experience Specialist with ITALIAN Location: Katowice' PL This is a paid internship - Customer Experience Specialist with Italian here at Honeywell' you will be a vital member of the Customer Service team' where you will assist in ensuring performance standards are met and maintained to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Customer Experience Supervisor' and you'll work out of our Katowice location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role' you will impact on the overall customer experience by supporting the team in fulfilling customer requests and resolving issues' contributing to a high customer satisfaction index. Responsibilities - Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary contact for inquiries. - Oversee the Order-To-Cash process' including order validation' booking' and status updates. - Actively resolve any roadblocks in order processing and maintain effective communication with customers. - Engage in claims management to ensure accuracy and timely resolution. - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process compliance. Qualifications - Italian Language C1 level is a must. - Fluent in English. - High School Diploma required. - 0 - 2 years of relevant work experience' preferably Customer Support in an international work environment - Experience using CRM/SAP systems a plus - Knowledge of MS office skills (Excel' Word' Outlook) Desired Skills: - Strong customer service orientation and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment. - Flexible and adaptable with a proactive attitude. - Well-organized with effective time management skills.
