Job Description

What will you take care of?

Within the Automotive Aftermarket division, we are looking for a Customer Consultant Advanced to work within the Customer Care team.

* Help shape the future
* Manage and support strategic customers on Order to Cash topics, including IT integration and troubleshooting
* Manage and monitor customer orders and related activities (deliveries, complaints, invoicing, debit/credit notes), and take the opportunity for action
* Coordinate forecasting with customers, advise on assortment, conduct monthly exchanges, and maintain customer contracts, including subscriptions and services
* Maintain continuous communication with customers and internal sales teams, including face-to-face visits, and monitor customer development concerning logistics maturity
* Contribute to process improvements with internal experts as necessary; implement knowledge and use of relevant IT systems and KPI tracking per customer (e.g., Power BI, SAP)
* Engage in information exchange with various business functions (sales, accounting, logistics) both domestically and internationally, as well as with external customers


Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

* 4-5 years of experience in a commercial company with sales process knowledge
* Proficiency in Office packages and SAP (Sales Area)
* Initiative and teamwork skills
* Cross-functional collaboration experience
* Fluent in English
* Experience with customer order processes
