For a 5-stars Luxury Resort in Mazara del Vallo, we’re looking for a:
F&B Manager
As the manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, while effectively forecasting, planning, and managing F&B orders, staff, and finances.
Main duties:
1. Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
2. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
3. Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
4. Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
5. Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented staff
6. Comply with all health and safety regulations
7. Report on management regarding results and productivity
What we’re looking for:
8. Proven food and beverage management experience;
9. Experience in 5* hotels
10. Passion for the Restaurant & Hospitality field;
11. Excellent management and problem-solving skills;
12. Analytical and financial acumen
13. Natural inclination for teaching and coaching;
14. Knowledge and focus on the work safety matters;
15. Positive attitude;
16. Fluency in Italian and English
