Coordination of checklist materials and staff lists;\nOverview of gifting and event collaterals;\nManagement and research of staff uniforms and show arments production;\nCoordination of materials and collection shipping logistics;
\n
Documentation Preparation
\n
Creation of production decks, run of show documents, pre/post-event decks, production plans, timelines, and reports;\nMaterial checklists and inventory tracking;\nDrive folder organization for team file sharing;\nPreparation of meeting materials, agendas, and recap documents;\nMaintenance and updating of the supplier database;\nCreation and updating of competitor reporting documents;

Administrative Back Office
\n
Supplier onboarding and PO entry;\nMonitoring of payment flows and status updates;\nCoordination of contract signature process;
\n
Qualification\nRequirements
\n
Strong use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Mac tools;\nGreat organization skills, with the ability to manage projects and deadlines across multiple teams;\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or local country equivalent;\nInterest in Retail Luxury Fashion is a plus;\nFluent in English, written and spoken;\nInternational experience is a plus;
