WHAT WE LOOK FOR We are looking for a Helpdesk IT – Backoffice to join our team on a tempo parziale or internship basis, working on-site or in hybrid mode (office/facility and remote work) in Avezzano (AQ), Italy. Requirements: University degree is not mandatory if the candidate has a minimum level of experience High school diploma as IT Technician (Perito Informatico) English level: minimum B1+ Strong passion for IT and system administration Technical skills required: System Administration Windows Server Linux Server (Ubuntu / RedHat oriented) Networking TCP/IP fundamentals NAT / NAT forwarding Firewall configuration VPN, Proxy, DMZ concepts Virtualization Preferably Proxmox and/or VMware LAMP Stack (Backend) Linux Apache MySQL PHP (Theoretical knowledge is acceptable) WHAT YOU WILL DO As Helpdesk IT, you will be responsible for: First and second-level IT support Technical backoffice and ticket management Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows and Linux systems Support in managing network infrastructure Troubleshooting activities on systems, networks and virtual environments Supporting server and backend service management OUR OFFER Part-time or internship contract No on-call duty and no shift work Dynamic and growth-oriented technical environment Training and mentoring opportunities in system administration and networking Career development path in IT infrastructure LOCATION Avezzano (AQ), Italy – on-site / hybrid working mode Please include in your CV the authorization for the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). xpavfwm The offer is open to candidates of all genders, in compliance with applicable equal opportunity laws.
