Context:
As part of the development of our Digital Factory, we are looking for a Product Owner to lead the creation and evolution of digital products in the energy or mobility sectors. The PO will work closely with a Product Manager, who is responsible for the product roadmap, and will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (UX/UI, development, business, and external partners).
Main Responsibilities:
- Translate the strategic roadmap defined by the Product Manager into an operational backlog.
- Gather and formalize user and business team requirements.
- Prioritize features based on business value, as well as technical and regulatory constraints.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor development and ensure the quality of deliverables.
- Ensure functional consistency of the product, especially across mobile interfaces.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to optimize the user experience.
- Act as the operational point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Initial experience as a Product Owner in the energy or mobility sectors.
- Strong product mindset, particularly regarding mobile applications (iOS/Android).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Familiarity with backlog management tools (e.G., Jira).
- Strong listening, synthesis, and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of the technical and regulatory aspects of the relevant sectors.
Ideal Profile:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or Economics.
- 3–5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience in mobile-first or user-oriented environments is highly valued.
- Team spirit, autonomy, accuracy, and curiosity.
