Continuous Improvement Specialist Venezia, Veneto Competitive Salary & excellent benefits package As Continuous Improvement Specialist, you'll ensure continuous cost optimisation of products and manufacturing processes - Responsibilities- Analysing and identifying areas for cost optimisation of products and components - Ensuring continuous improvement of manufacturing processes by leading and coordinating selected projects using appropriate methods (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) - Analysing and assessing the profitability of new solutions - Seeking and proposing new solutions to improve technological processes - Analysing production indicators in order to define problems that reduce productivity - Interacting effectively with all the relevant stakeholders - Requirements- 3-4 years of professional experience in continuous improvement of production processes in structured companies - University degree in Engineering - Lean Six Sigma Certified - Minimum Yellow Belt, Green Belt preferred - Good English proficiency, both written and spoken You’ll succeed because you’re a problem solver.
