As a Senior Healthcare Consultant, you will be responsible for the overall management of projects in digital health and communication with pharmaceutical companies, monitoring daily activities and KPIs to be achieved. Your tasks will include: Managing projects in their entirety: designing and planning activities, verifying progress, and ensuring strict adherence to delivery deadlines; Coordinating the work team (developers, designers) to ensure adherence to timelines; Interfacing with pharmaceutical companies; Meeting timelines shared with the client for project releases; Managing provider and service costs; Developing and achieving internal KPIs; analyzing KPIs in a timely manner, highlighting deviations, and introducing corrective actions. Requirements At least two years' experience in Project Management; Economic Degree (Economic & Management, Marketing, Strategic & Management); High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Fluent in Italian and English (minimum level B2); knowledge of additional languages is a plus; Digital and communication skills; Interest in digital health; Practical mindset: able to find simple, practical solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality; Flexibility, prioritization skills, and motivation to work in a young, dynamic, and fast-growing environment; Ability to thrive as an agile, forward-thinking innovator, managing ambiguity and conflicting priorities; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Work on-site.
