The role is focused on work across multiple areas of Accounting, with activities such as:
1. Ensuring compliance with financial transaction recording standards (e.g., general ledger, cash payments/collections, tax transactions, etc.)
2. Control/reconciliation of accounts and records (balance sheet, P&L, bank accounts, Cash Flows,etc.)
3. Autonomously executes complex activities such as accounting reports/schedules for external audiences (compliance reporting) including consolidation of financial statements (cash flow reporting, budget reporting, etc.)
4. Monitors the work of specialists and associates in the Accounting & Balance Sheet Team
Provides an individual contribution as a recognized subject matter expert in job area.
