Descrizione del lavoro - Ensure compliance with the facility's security and access procedures; - Welcome and assist visitors, providing them with information and support; - Efficiently manage all incoming phone calls, routing communications to the appropriate departments; - Perform administrative tasks, such as handling access authorization requests, setting up meeting rooms and catering, document archiving, and stationery management. - Carry out any other administrative and operational support activities as needed. Qualifiche - High school diploma or equivalent. - At least 1-2 years of previous experience in receptionist or front office roles. - Excellent communication skills, courtesy, and customer service orientation. - Familiarity with using computer tools and software for communication management. - Intermediate-level proficiency in the English language. - Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic and multifunctional environment. Informazioni aggiuntive - Fix-term contract: 6 months - Part-time: 5 hours a day / 25 hours a week
