About the role
Join Silvateam and help shape the future of sustainable animal nutrition. As part of our Global Business Development team, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our Silvafeed portfolio, supporting customers and partners worldwide with innovative, plant-based solutions that improve animal performance, gut health and reduce methane emissions. This is a high-impact, international role combining technical expertise and commercial exposure, with direct visibility on global markets and innovation projects.
Responsibilities
You will act as a link between HQ, distributors and key customers, contributing to both technical excellence and commercial success.
Deliver technical support and training to distributors and end customers
Support product positioning through scientific communication
Coordinate and monitor field trials with universities and research partners
Support commercial activities in assigned regions (offers, pipeline, CRM)
Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with the Global BD Manager on market development strategies
Represent Silvateam at international fairs, congresses and webinars
Gather market insights and customer feedback to support innovation
Qualifications
Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or Agricultural Science (PhD is a plus)
3–7 years of experience in animal nutrition (feed additives, premix or similar)
Experience in at least two species (ruminants, monogastrics, aquaculture, pet food)
Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with international stakeholders
Data-driven mindset, autonomy and problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel internationally (30–40%)

Compensation
€40,000 – €55,000 gross annual salary + variable incentives (based on experience and role scope)
CCNL: Legno - Industria
