This role plays a strategic part in managing and optimizing KPIs, supporting the sales team with a data-driven approach, and driving customer-centric strategic planning. /ppKey Responsibilities /ppKPI Management Reporting /pp• Act as the control tower for business KPIs. /pp• Proactively monitor, manage, and update key performance indicators. /pp• Prepare reports and support materials for internal meetings. /pp• Collaborate with the Sales Administration and Finance departments to manage performance indicators. /ppPerformance Planning Analysis /pp• Support the Sales Director in setting performance targets and tracking business opportunities. /pp• Serve as Key User for the CRM system to manage sales opportunities. /pp• Develop and manage Sales Performance Dashboards, analyzing data by region, area, customer, and product. /pp• Analyze results and propose strategic and corrective actions. /pp• Monitor the implementation of initiatives and assess their impact. /pp• Identify best practices and share them within the team. /pp• Manage the sales module of the pricing tool to propose special deals. /ppNew Market Launch Support /pp• Conduct geomarketing activities to identify new opportunities. /pp• Analyze market trends and propose strategic actions. /pp• Responsible for new sales channels development /ppPrice Benchmarking /pp• Act as an intermediary between Marketing and Sales for price benchmarking initiatives. /ppQualifications /pp• Degree in a scientific discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent). /pp• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. /pp• Technical skills: Proficiency in Office Tools, Power BI, and Google Suite, programming languages. /pp• Languages: Fluent in Italian and English. /pp• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and capability to synthesize data into actionable insights. /pp• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. /pp• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team. /ppIf you have a strong analytical mindset, a results-driven approach, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this is the right opportunity for you! /ppAdditional Information /ppBosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
