We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Hostess to join our team for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a strong passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle challenges with professionalism.
The Restaurant Hostess will report directly to the Restaurant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage telephone reservations
* Welcome customers upon arrival
* Escort customers to their reserved tables
* Attend to guests’ needs (e.g., checkroom service, etc.)
* Assist with information requests
Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience in the same role in luxury hotels and/or fine dining restaurants
* Strong teamwork skills
* Determination to achieve goals
* Fluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferred
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to adapt to various situations
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations
* Basic Computer-Literacy skills
* Seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo (Confindustria) ;
* Accommodation provided for not residents.
