CLIENT ADVISOR
NOVENTA DI PIAVE - Designer Outlet, VE
OFFERING:
- Basic Salary up to €26K
- Great commission scheme & Company benefits
- Maternity cover contract
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Able to provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book and after sales processes
- Drive personal KPIs and increase sales opportunities
- Being UpToDate with collections, deep knowledge of products, proactive and constructive attitude
- Able to maintain company standards at all times: supporting VM, stockroom activities and cash desk
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years’ experience in premium-luxury fashion environment
- Able to identify business trends, hands on approach and proactive attitude
- Good experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Exceptional communication skills, energetic, responsible, autonomous character and a great team player
- Russian and English language required
