We are a growing team looking for an Operations Program intern, to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office.
What You Will Do
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the Operations Programs team in their daily activities and help improve our internal processes. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations management, data reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
* Support the team with daily operational activities, including data entry and workflow monitoring.
* Help create and maintain standardized reports and dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making.
* Assist in analyzing operational data, especially focusing on performance and financial aspects.
* Help review and document internal processes (SOPs), suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
* Act as a backup for the team in day-to-day operations and project tracking when needed.
* Collaborate with different teams such as Operations, Product, and Finance to support well-structured and effective processes.
What We Are Looking For
* You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
* You have a genuine interest in data analysis, and ideally some initial experience with tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
* You’re curious about working with large datasets and learning how to turn data into actionable insights.
* You have good organizational and presentation skills that help you work well with others.
* You communicate effectively in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
* You’re confident using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* You’re proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage your tasks independently.
* Most importantly, you enjoy being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
