The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
Presales phase to assess the customer site, agreeing on project scope, project risk & timelines, technical project feasibility, pre-calculation of the project cost
Verifying & agreeing on the project objectives and formulating the project plan with all project stakeholders based on the contract
Following the PEPF and PMP CPM processes to initiate, plan, execute, close and monitor & control the project;
Driving compliance to applicable regulations (Quality & Regulatory/Health & Safety) by own organization, third parties and partners in the project
Definition of the risks (project related), issues and changes of the project and development of scenarios to respond to these.
Management of internal & external resources, the project budget, communication to all stakeholders, planning, quality, customer acceptance, a transition to service, project evaluation
Qualifications
min bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of equivalent experience in healthcare sector or constriction company
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Good English writing and communication skills
