Learning Engagement and Systems Specialist

Description
We're looking for a Learning Engagement & Systems Specialist to join our Global Learning team in a crucial moment of digital transformation.
You will support the transformation of our digital learning ecosystem and actively contribute to shaping a global, engaging and data-driven learning experience.
This role sits within the HR function and plays a key part in connecting learning experience, people engagement and digital platforms.
From day one you will be involved in:
* Managing and evolving our global learning ecosystem
* Driving engagement and learning culture across countries
* Contributing to innovate the way to learn in the company (including AI tools)
This position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
What you'll do Migration & Implementation (HR-driven transformation)
* Ensure data quality and integrity during the LMS migration (audit, clean-up, redesign of processes)
* Contribute to the design of roles, workflows and enrollment models within the learning ecosystem, ensuring alignment with HR and Learning processes
* Configure core LMS features (e.g. notifications, integrations such as MS Teams)
* Manage testing phases and support technical validation
* Lead the migration of digital contents, ensuring full compatibility and tracking
* Support change management activities, including training delivery for Learning Managers and Local HR teams
Global Learning Administration (within HR)
* Monitor and analyze learning data, contributing to advanced reporting and KPIs (e.g. Sustainability Report) to support HR decision-making
* Drive engagement initiatives and animate Learning Communities
* Act as a global point of reference for Local HR teams and LMS Admins across markets
* Support the introduction of new tools (including AI and authoring tools)
What we're looking for
* Experience in Learning / HR environments with LMS platforms (Workday or SuccessFactors is a plus)
* Strong balance between:
* Analytical mindset: data handling, processes, problem solving within an HR context
* Advanced Excel and confidence in managing large datasets
* Curiosity and agility in using digital tools and AI solutions applied to learning
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders globally
* Fluency in English (mandatory)
