Designed around Bitcoin-native values, Blox Space provides a dedicated workplace for companies, teams, and founders building the future of money. /ppWe operate as a coworking and office space for startups and established companies in the Bitcoin industry, offering flexible work environments and hosting full teams within our premises. Alongside the physical space, Blox Space acts as a strategic partner for companies seeking Bitcoin talent, supporting recruitment efforts across the Turin and Italian market and connecting businesses with highly skilled professionals. /ppBlox Space is also an event and community venue, hosting meetups, workshops, talks, and industry events aimed at fostering collaboration and practical knowledge sharing. Through these initiatives, we strengthen a local and international Bitcoin ecosystem, encouraging hands-on engagement with Bitcoin technologies and creating meaningful connections between builders, companies, and talent. /ppBy combining workspace, talent sourcing, and community-driven events in a single physical hub, Blox Space aims to become a reference point for Bitcoin-focused innovation in Italy and beyond. /ppWe are currently looking for a bBusiness Development Representative (BDR) /b to strengthen both the hub and our partner companies. /ph3What will you do? /h3pAs a bBusiness Development Representative /b, you will contribute to the commercial growth of companies operating within the Blox Space ecosystem by identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term relationships across fintech, financial services, and digital asset markets. /ppYour role will focus on researching potential clients, initiating first contacts, and qualifying opportunities across a mix of traditional financial institutions, fintech players, and crypto-native organizations. You will work closely with commercial and marketing stakeholders to support pipeline development and help position products and services effectively within competitive markets. /ppThis position suits someone who enjoys proactive outreach, structured discovery, and operating in fast-moving environments at the intersection of finance and emerging technologies. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliIdentify and analyze potential clients, strategic partners, and commercial opportunities. /liliInitiate outbound engagement through email, phone, LinkedIn, and relevant industry events. /liliConduct discovery conversations to assess needs, priorities, and qualification criteria for prospective clients. /liliMaintain accurate CRM records, track interactions, and support reporting on pipeline and conversion performance. /liliContribute to the preparation of sales presentations, pitch materials, and commercial proposals. /liliMonitor market dynamics and competitive activity to inform outreach approaches and positioning. /liliCoordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure outbound communication reflects current messaging and value propositions. /li /ulh3Who are we looking for? /h3pThe ideal candidate for this particular role has: /pulliA Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline. /liliAt least two years of experience in sales development or business development, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or digital asset environments. /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders. /liliA proactive, target-driven attitude and the ability to work independently. /liliSolid organizational skills and comfort managing multiple workstreams in parallel. /liliProfessional fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus. /liliA curious mindset with interest in financial markets and emerging technologies. /liliFamiliarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce. /li /ulh3Work Arrangements /h3pThis will be a Hybrid position, with Office Days in the Blox Space Innovation Hub in Turin. /ph3Join us in Blox Space! /h3pIf you’re looking for a commercially focused role within a Bitcoin-native ecosystem, where you can take ownership, work closely with innovative teams, and help shape the future of financial infrastructure, this could be the right opportunity for you.
