Your mission
Managing hotline and ticket systems for distributors, installers, and end-users.
Providing training sessions to distributors and installers in the region.
Supporting onsite troubleshooting/commissioning activities in the related region.
Assisting with pre-sales customer visits in collaboration with the Account Manager.
Creating and maintaining FAQs, online courses, and documentation for the region.
Preparing regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) for the department center.
Your profile
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical education.
At least 3 years of experience in after-sales or technical support within the PV/ESS/O&M; sector; inverter experience is a plus.
Strong motivation and passion for success in the clean-tech industry.
Language skills: Italian and English at C1 level; additional European languages are an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
An independent, focused, and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel 40-55% for business between the local market and the EU department center.
